As two current, professional performers, we saw a need for a welcoming space that professional and pre-professional dancers can come to train in specific areas of the industry. Offering a variety of workshop series, taught by some of New York City’s top industry professionals, we strive to make every performer feel like there’s something at Performance Refinery that allows them to showcase their strengths and grow in their weaknesses.

Just as we have our teams of people that help us continue on our individual paths of success, we aim to be on your team. Whether it’s learning how to perform for the camera, picking up choreography faster in an audition setting, or feeling more comfortable to sing your 16 bar cut in front of a panel of people, we hope you can find your place of growth and comfort with us.
